Herb Olive Oil Dip

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup fruity extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 clove garlic, cut in thin slices
3/4 tsp. coarse salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
1/4 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
Coarsely-grated Parmesan
DIRECTIONS
1. In a lidded jar, combine all ingredients except the parmesan. Shake well.
2. When ready to serve, shake again and pour onto saucers. Sprinkle with Parmesan; dip with a crusty bread.
