Garlic Oil Crostini

[NOTE: This is pulled from the "Garlic Kale Soup" recipe.]


DIRECTIONS


1. Slice baguette on a heavy angle to create long slices. Toast, then rub once or twice with half a garlic clove.


2. Season a shallow plate of olive oil with salt and dip each side of bread into the oil. Serve with soup.
